The Mini Police programme is conjunction with Lincolnshire Police whose education team come into school once a term to work with Year 5 and 6 pupils on a range of topics like: diversity, anti social behaviour, emotions into behaviour and others, helps pupils develop confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility. Pupils take pride in representing their school and acting as positive role models for others. It enables pupils understand their rights and responsibilities while respecting the diverse world around them. As a result, pupils at Fortuna develop the knowledge, attitudes and skills needed to become responsible, respectful and active citizens.
